Some massage therapists charge different prices depending on the treatment (i.e. Swedish, Hot Stone, Wood Therapy...) so, clients may sometimes select the type of massage based on price instead of focusing on the modality they really enjoy or need the most. Paula makes it easy, she charges a flat hourly rate regardless of the type of treatment practiced during your session:
60 minute rate $80 dollars
90 minute rate $120 dollars Gift certificates available!
120 minute rate $160 dollars

SWEDISH MASSAGE is a gentle type of full-body treatment ideal for people who:
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE applies more pressure than the Swedish technique. It’s a good option if you have muscle tension or chronic pain. While deep tissue may be more intense, you shouldn’t feel any pain or soreness.
PRENATAL & POSTNATAL MASSAGE can help reduce pregnancy body aches, reduce stress, and ease muscle tension. It is safe to get a massage at any time during your pregnancy. However, I do not offer massages to women in their first trimester due to the natural risk of miscarriage during that period.
REFLEXOLOGY is great for people who are looking to relax and restore their natural energy levels. It’s also a good option if you aren’t comfortable being touched on your entire body. This therapy uses gentle to firm pressure on different areas of the feet, hands and ears.
- are new to massage
- have a lot of tension
- are very sensitive to touch
