"I've known Paula professionally for two years. When we began my sessions I was suffering from acute and chronic back pain. My pain doctor suggested that I get light massages once a week to accompany spinal injections to stop back spasms. Over the course of 24 months my symptoms slowly began to subside. Within 12 months I was able to stop taking pain meds and today I am in good health and pain free. I believe Paula's educated and strong hands have healed me. When I make a bad lift and go into spasm Paula is one phone call away. She is conscientious, timely, and a joy to be around. A consummate professional and frankly, I don't know what I'do do without her healing hands and great smile.
